Terms of Service

1. The service

Contigga provides consent-based parental monitoring of devices belonging to minor children in your legal care. A paid subscription is required; there is no free tier and monitoring does not function without an active subscription.

2. Acceptable use — the consent rule

You may pair only devices used by minors for whom you are the parent or legal guardian. Using the service to monitor adults — partners, employees, or anyone else — is prohibited, violates these terms, and may violate wiretap and surveillance laws in your jurisdiction. We terminate accounts used this way and cooperate with lawful investigations.

3. Transparency by design

The child app always displays a visible icon and a persistent monitoring notification. Attempting to hide, disguise, or repackage the app is prohibited.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe at the prices shown on the pricing page. All amounts are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel anytime via the billing portal; the service remains active until the end of the paid period. Device caps are enforced per plan.

5. Your responsibilities

Keep your account credentials secure — the dashboard exposes your family's data. Ensure the information you provide is accurate and that use of the service complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 2 or 3, abuse the service, or fail payment obligations.

7. Disclaimers

The service supports parental judgment; it does not replace it. We do not guarantee interception of every risky event, and the service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
